  • What is the POWER for Partners mentoring program?
    The POWER for Partners mentoring program has a mission to foster personal and professional growth. With a strong emphasis on community and networking, this program creates a supportive environment where women can connect with like-minded individuals.
  • Is this a UK-only program?
    Yes, this is a UK only program as we foster a close-knit networking community through in person events. Some aspects of the program are delivered virtually or in hybrid format. We have plans to expand the program to other regions in 2026.
  • How can we stay involved after the program is finished?
    As a valued alumni of the POWER for Partners program, you gain exclusive access to a vibrant network and community. Joining our esteemed community grants you the opportunity to engage in networking events, fostering connections with both current program participants and fellow alumni, and an invitation to our LinkedIn group.
  • What if I am unable to attend a session?
    We will share the dates and times of the training sessions before the program launches so we really hope that you are able to commit to the dates provided. We understand that life gets in the way, so please try and let us know with as much notice as possible. For mentoring sessions: the dates will be aligned collaboratively with the group that you have been assigned to, so speak with your mentor in advance.
  • Are the sessions in person or virtual?
    Google's POWER for Partners program is a unique experience, which adopts virtual and in-person components, fostering a close-knit community.
  • What are the financial commitments for an organisation in order to participate?
    All costs associated to training and mentorship are covered by Google. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover any travel costs associated with participating in the program.
